Important: Auto insurance is provided by licensed insurers and agents, and medical alert and home security products may be provided by third-party manufacturers or monitoring providers. Those companies have their own privacy notices that apply once they receive your information.

Some information you give us may be sensitive, such as a driver’s license number, precise home address, or health-related details about a medical alert pendant user. We ask for this only when it is needed for what you requested, and we use it only for that purpose. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or detailed medical history through our website forms. You do not have to provide health information to contact us.
SeventhSky is not a healthcare provider, and we do not offer medical advice or emergency response ourselves. Medical alert pendants are not a substitute for calling 911 in an emergency.
We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you or for purposes beyond those listed above.
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes in this policy:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. If we ever change our practices, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.
If you check the permission box on our forms, you agree that SeventhSky may contact you by phone or email to respond to your inquiry. If you check the optional marketing box, you also give your express written consent for SeventhSky and its authorized service providers to call or text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology where permitted, about your inquiry and related offers.
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor requests promptly. To add your number, email or call us and write “Do Not Call/Do Not Text Request.” Please allow a reasonable time for processing; we aim to complete requests within the time required by law. We also screen calls against applicable national and state Do Not Call registries where required. Registering on a Do Not Call registry or submitting a request to us does not stop non-marketing messages about an order or inquiry you made, where permitted.

We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we will not ask for more than we reasonably need. We respond within the time required by law, generally within 45 days, and let you know if we need more time.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general or other state privacy regulator.
Information you give to an insurance carrier or licensed agent is covered by that company’s privacy notice and by laws that apply to insurance, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy laws. Contact them directly to exercise rights over that information.
SeventhSky is not a health plan or healthcare provider and is generally not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. Health-related details you share with us are protected by this policy and by applicable state consumer health data laws, and we use them only to respond to your request.
Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to websites run by insurers, manufacturers, and others. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before giving them your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on this page and, where required, tell you directly.
